To schedule your next school/group visit to Kathy's Pumpkin Patch, please complete the information requested on the form below. School groups are scheduled every 15 minutes on weekdays and group visits (clubs, churches, businesses, etc.) are scheduled anytime after 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Groups that would like to schedule a visit on a weekend may do so at anytime. All scheduling is done on a first come, first served basis in the event of two or more schools/groups requesting the same date and time. After submitting your school/group information, you will be contacted shortly, either via e-mail or by phone, to verify your requested date and time.
